Description

The goal of the experiment was to determine if long-term, transgenerational stress memory from exposure to high temperature could be detected in the DNA methylation profile of the highly clonal common Duckweed, Lemna minor. The following bioProject contains the raw sequencing data as well as the demultiplexed data of individual samples after having run the epiGBS2 pipeline. Raw phenotypic data; the de novo loci as well as the methylation.bed file (epiGBS2 output files) were deposited in Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.5680942.
