Soil microbial response to organic disturbances

Description

We employed a deep 16S amplicon sequencing approach to evaluate the recovery of the native soil microbiome after multiple disturbances caused by the application of organic vinasse residue, inorganic nitrogen (N) or a combination of both during the sugarcane crop-growing season.
