Wintermoth developmental temperature sensitivity

Dataset

Description

We sampled RNA from pools of wild winter moth eggs before and after an experimental increase or decrease in ambient temperature. In total, we sampled four development weeks: two early development weeks when eggs have low temperature sensitivity and two late development weeks when eggs have high temperature sensitivity. In each development week, RNA samples were taken before the 5°C change in temperature (timepoint 0h), and at 3h and at 24h after a change in temperature. Eggs from the control treatment (constant 10°C) were also sampled at these intervals
