About

My name is Ricarda Braukmann and I work as Data Station Manager Social Sciences at DANS.

I am a networker who sees connections and likes to build bridges and foster communities. I'm passionate about Open Science, sustainability and the environment. I love being part of DANS as it allows me to support the FAIR data movement and help build the scientific infrastructure of the future.

At DANS, I coordinate our social sciences activities, in particular our involvement in (inter)national infrastructures such as ODISSEI (Open Data Infrastructure for Social Science and Economic Innovations) and CESSDA (Consortium of European Social Science Data Archives). I am further involved in the development of Research Data Management training, as well as outreach and communication activities within (inter)national projects.
