Christof Van Mol (NIDI) received the ISA RC31 Award for Best Book from ISA Research Committees - RC31 Sociology of Migration, for his book: Intra-European student mobility in international higher education circuits. Europe on the move. Palgrave Studies in Global Higher Education, London/New York: Palgrave Macmillan, 224 p. The goal of the RC31 is to advance sociological knowledge on Sociology of Migration throughout the world. Its general objectives are to promote high quality research on migration and the international exchange of scientific information in this field. The International Sociological Association (ISA) is a member of the International Social Science Council and enjoys a status of the Non-Governmental Organization in formal associate relations with UNESCO and special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. The ISA is also a member of the International Council of Science.
