Description
New plans for EHRI.
The mission of the European Holocaust Research Infrastructure (EHRI) is to support the Holocaust research community by building a digital infrastructure and facilitating human networks. EHRI started its work in October 2010 with initial financial support from the EU for 4 years. Thanks to the continued EU support, EHRI keeps on developing. The EU-funded EHRI-PP project aims to bring EHRI to the level of financial, legal and technical maturity required for its implementation as a permanent European research infrastructure in the domain of Holocaust studies and archives. It will ensure the long-term sustainability of EHRI through the drafting of a sound business plan that links EHRI's scientific case, user and access policy and value proposition to a robust governance structure, legal framework and financial plan.
