Description
To reduce the number of animals required for insightful experimental design when studying for instance timing of reproduction in great tits, we aim to test whether DNA methylation in blood can be used to predict DNA methylation and gene expression in the ovary and whether genes expressed in the ovary leave a transcriptional footprint in blood.
