The MICs and minimum effective concentrations for 90% of the strains tested (n = 106) were, in increasing order, as follows: posaconazole, 0.063 mug/ml; itraconazole, 0.25 mug/ml; micafungin, 1 mug/ml; voriconazole, 2 mug/ml; isavuconazole, 4 mug/ml; caspofungin, 8 mug/ml; amphotericin B, 16 mug/ml; fluconazole, 64 mug/ml.
