Abstract

The Rathenau Institute has developed a protocol for the monitoring and evaluation of the six Applied Research (TO2) institutions.
The protocol has been developed in consultation with the institutions and the involved ministries. It provides a structured method for assessing the quality, impact and vitality of the TO2's research.
